The family Christen gathered inspiration for these new dishes while traveling. They are particularly fond of Mexico, which has become the Nidwalden people's second home. They also brought fish cuisine to the Rössli from the Central American country.
The Mexican and Creole fish dishes are a real culinary delight and attract guests from all over the region to the traditional inn.
